Is Zou Ji's character good or bad?

Zou Ji (c. 385 BC – 319 BC), also known as "Donkey", honorific title "Donkey", was a Chinese Qi person during the Warring States period. The Records of History is also written as 驺忌, a chancellor of Qi Huan Gongtian at noon; during the qi wei wang Tian Yinqi period, he lobbied the king of Qi wei with a drum and a qin, and was appointed xiangguo and enfeoffed in Xia Pi County (下邳县, in modern Pizhou, Jiangsu Province), with the title of Marquis Cheng; and later served Qi Xuan wang Tian Peijiang.

He persuaded the King of Qi Wei to reward the people of the people, advocated reforming politics, revising laws, selecting talents, rewarding virtuous ministers, punishing adulterers, and selecting competent ministers to stick to the four realms, and from then on the state of Qi gradually strengthened.

Around 360 BC, King Qi Wei used Zou Ji to carry out reforms, "to revise the law and supervise the adulterous officials".

Is Zou Ji's character good or bad?

Tian Ji (田忌), courtesy name Tian (妫), was a member of the Tian clan (田氏), courtesy name Ji (田氏), courtesy name Ji (田忌), courtesy name Jie (田忌), courtesy name Zi (字子 period), and was a native of Chen County (present-day Huaiyang County, Henan). During the Warring States period, he was a famous general of the State of Qi, with a fief in Xuzhou (present-day Tengzhou, Shandong), also known as the Xuzhou Zi period.

Born into an aristocratic family, he appreciated Sun Zhen's talents, accepted him as a doorman, and participated in horse racing activities. He participated in the Battle of Guiling and obeyed Sun Zhen's staff to "encircle Wei and save Zhao" to defeat the Wei army. Participating in the Battle of Maling, he listened to Sun Zhen's strategy and adopted the "strategy of reducing the stove" to booby-trap the Wei general Pang Juan. After repeated military merits, he was framed by Zou Ji, the Minister of State, and fled to the Chu State and was enfeoffed as the land of Jiangnan. King Xuan of Qi ascended the throne, returned to the State of Qi, and resumed his official duties.
