Bao Xianzhi has a grandson named Lin Hui, who once told a story, which is worth telling.
When Lin Hui was a child, he often went to his grandfather's house to play, his grandfather's family had an orchard, every autumn, there would be children nearby to steal, Lin Hui took a few cousins and volunteered to guard the orchard.
One day, Lin Hui really caught a few children who came to steal fruits, and also "escorted" them to grandpa and asked him to punish them.
But unexpectedly, Bao Xianzhi not only did not punish these children who stole fruit, but also went to the orchard to pick a lot of fruits, gave them to them, and let them go!
Lin Hui didn't understand why Grandpa was so "ignorant of evil"? Only later did Lin Hui know that this was grandpa's code of conduct, preferring to eat "suffering" himself or give "incense" to others.
Another thing that is very interesting is the name of Bao Xianzhi's children.
As we introduced before, Wang Jinshan had a total of 9 children, whose names were: Wang Suhong, Wang Shaofeng, Wang Qiaoqiao, Wang Yanyan, Wang Xiuxiu, Wang Xianxian, Wang Yuanyuan, Wang Zhenzhen, Wang Lufeng, in addition to the front and back 3, the other 6 are stacked characters.
Bao Xianzhi's children are the same, in addition to the eldest son named Bao Shengsu, the other 6 children, named: Bao Dongdong, Bao Ningning, Bao Shushu, Bao Xingxing, Bao Yanyan, Bao Chengcheng, are also stacked characters.
I don't know if Bao Xianzhi and Wang Jinshan have discussed it well, and they like to use overlapping characters to name children.
In addition, Bao Shengsu, the eldest son of Bao Xianzhi, has another identity that everyone is more familiar with, that is, the prototype of Pan Dongzi in "Shining Red Star".
On December 30, 1988, Bao Xianzhi died of illness at the age of 77. His old partner, Wang Jinshan, died 10 years ago (1978) and lived only 63 years.
