Honey yam

Iron yam two sticks of sugar two spoons of honey three spoons of orange juice two spoons of goji berries ten spoons of white vinegar one spoon
1. Peel and cut the yam into sections.
2. Add a spoonful of white vinegar to the water in the pot, boil the water into the yam section, blanch the water for one minute and remove and dry.
3. Honey sauce: 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp honey, 2 sauté orange juice.
4. Simmer over medium-low heat until large bubbles rise.
5. Go down to the yam section, add a dozen goji berries, turn on the minimum heat and simmer slowly.
6. For about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let it out when the juice is thick.
7. Soft glutinous sweet, fruity flavor, adults and children love to eat!
Tips:
Be sure to keep the heat to a minimum, as if opening and simmering slowly until soft.
