On the contrary, Sima Yi was a long-lived man, who survived Cao Cao, who killed Cao Pi, and who also died Cao Rui, and finally seized power through the change of GaoPingling, and eventually became the last beneficiary of the Three Kingdoms.

What does the different fates of Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi illustrate? It shows that the politicians are not diligent or not, but in the control of the overall situation, the small things that play the twenty big boards, Zhuge Liang, as the prime minister, must be asked, then the time left for himself to rest can be imagined, and at the same time, it is clear how many things are left for other officials.

Therefore, Sima Yi would say that Zhuge Liang had a lot of things and had little food, and how long could he live?

In essence, Zhuge Liang's labor gave the Shu talents a lack of opportunities to exercise, and after Zhuge Liang's death, the Shu talents withered away and no longer had the ability to compete with the Wei state until they were destroyed by Deng Ai.

What I mean here is actually very clear, as a leader, you can't dwell too much energy on trivial things, which will not only limit your own vision, but also make yourself trapped in trivial matters and unable to come out, and you don't have time to consider more long-term goals and plans. After a long time, you will be limited to your own ability, and it is difficult to have a big improvement.

In fact, this is also the case, how much the leader emphasizes how busy he is, it indicates how idle others will be, and the end result is that his fate will be exhausted in advance, and there is no other remedy.

For this kind of overly diligent leadership, in fact, although its ability is there, it is not suitable for controlling the overall situation, because the overall situation is more complicated, and there is a priority, and there is a need for time to think about it holistically, and the leader who is trapped in the affairs lacks this time and energy, or even does not have this ability.
