Today back to my hometown to the vegetable market to see the ground beans, I thought of this dish, today I will teach everyone to make this seafood tofu.
If you can't buy this kind of grinding, or there is no magic stone, you can soak the beans overnight, and then crush it with a soy milk machine, or crush the tofu you bought
Ingredients to prepare: bean paste, green vegetables (moss I use), sea oysters, green onions, garlic, salt, chicken essence.
1, chop the greens (cut into small pieces) and cut the sea oysters a little smaller.
2: Pour oil into a pan, after the oil is hot, pour in the green onion, garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
3. Stir-fry the flavor and pour in the sea oysters.
4. Stir-fry and pour in the bean paste.
