As an important way of replenishing energy for pure electric vehicles, "power exchange" has long received policy support. However, in the process of the development of car companies, operators, and battery companies, it is difficult to find a balance point that does not affect operational efficiency and can solve user pain points, and the "power exchange" market has been quite sluggish for a long time. After the initial "barbaric" growth of the new energy market and the confusion period of not being able to solve the pain points of users, the new energy market has gradually returned to rationality, and some car companies have begun to develop a "power exchange" model with more long-term development prospects.
Limited by the small market ownership of power replacement models and the high investment cost of power station replacement, operators are generally in a state of loss. In terms of products, the power exchange model built based on the GBRC power exchange platform can adapt to the wide wheelbase range of 2700-3100mm, covering many categories such as cars, SUVs, MPVs and even logistics vehicles, light trucks, etc., fully meeting the needs of different markets such as online car, private car, taxi, logistics vehicle, etc.; In terms of power exchange service, Geely exchange power station can provide a full range of charging and replacing power supplement services, high modularity, high compatibility, high intelligence, high safety and high service capabilities, which can be used for most brands. The category of power exchange models provide services, and the speed of power exchange in 60 seconds allows operators to see the greater benefit entrance of "traffic". Recently, the new joint venture company will launch the "Awakening Freedom Force 2022" global name campaign for trams to enhance user participation with the concept of user co-creation.
In the new joint venture's plan, 5,000 substations will cover 100 core cities by 2025, meeting the power exchange needs of 1 million vehicles. At the same time, the "power exchange" service will not only be "power exchange", but include the "vehicle power separation" management mode and ecological layout of vehicle battery operation, decommissioned battery energy storage and utilization, and scrap battery regeneration.
From 2021 onwards, different construction subsidies across the country, the support of policies such as the Notice on Adjusting and Improving the Subsidy Policy for New Energy Vehicles, and the million-level market capacity will promote the surge in the number of power replacement models and the blossoming of power exchange stations.
