Every time there was a problem in the production workshop, Yang Han rushed to the scene at any time to deal with it as if he had received a military order. Standing on the podium of the "Three Jin Craftsmen" Annual Figure, Yang Han flashed a familiar scene in his mind.
There is no slack in the work
"The current of the furnace equipment continues to drop, Yang Gong, you hurry up and deal with it!" On the way to the company, his mind was back to the phone call he had just made. Based on the partial fault information given by the post personnel, Yang Han, who is responsible for the technical research and development of the operation area, immediately passed the entire furnace equipment in his head several times and analyzed the possible failures.
If the furnace equipment fails and cannot be repaired in time, it is very likely to cause the entire production line to be paralyzed, and the consequences are serious. After arriving at the operation area, Yang Han had already preset several sets of response plans. Seeing the arrival of Yang Han, the post personnel hurriedly handed over the technical data of the equipment. Seeing the data indicators, Yang Han's pace was faster, and he judged that if it was not a device leakage, it was very likely that a certain heating body had failed.
The fault detection results came out, and it was indeed a heating body failure. After intense repairs, troubleshooting. Everyone finally breathed a sigh of relief. Yang Han stayed in the work area to work overtime as usual. The body rested, his brain still spinning: "Why is there such a technical problem?" How can I avoid similar failures in the future? "Questions won't be answered right away, and it's safe to say that new content will be added to the technical manual."
How many late nights, Yang Han hurriedly got up. After the problem is solved, even if I can occasionally go home, I quietly sleep on the living room sofa, for fear of disturbing the rest of my family. In exchange for the rapid progress and thriving development of the company's production process, bit by bit of effort.
Break the problem of domestic leadership
Carbon bike racks, carbon fiber tennis rackets... As a high-strength and lightweight new industrial material, carbon fiber appears more and more frequently in people's lives. In recent years, it has gradually moved towards the field of automobile and high-speed rail manufacturing. Carbon fiber is also an indispensable material for the aerospace industry. Founded in 2012, Shanxi Steel Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., which is a new material enterprise integrating the production, research and development and trade of high-end carbon fiber and its composite materials.
After graduating with a master's degree in 2011, Yang Han worked as a technician at Yangzhou Carbon Fiber Engineering Technology Center. During the two years, he has been diligent and enterprising, and has accumulated rich experience in the carbon fiber and composite materials industry. In 2013, he came to the broader stage of Shanxi Steel Co., Ltd. and participated in the construction of the carbonization operation area. Every day, in accordance with the process drawings, he compared the direction of each pipeline, every valve, and the installation location of each equipment on the site, so that the company could realize the production and work diligently as soon as possible. While participating in the construction, he actively understands the basic parameters and specifications of the equipment, and while completing a series of tasks of equipment single body debugging, linkage cold adjustment, and linkage heat adjustment, he lays the foundation for the maintenance and upgrading of the equipment after production by continuously discovering and solving problems.
Yang Han's performance won the company's trust and entrusted him with the responsibility of speeding up the carbonization line. With the assistance of colleagues, Yang Han compiled a general plan for speeding up, transformed some equipment in the carbonization operation area, and fine-tuned the key process parameters, and finally doubled the carbonization rate and reached the domestic leading level in the same industry. At the same time, the company's production capacity has been greatly expanded and the energy consumption per unit of product has been reduced.
The team has achieved many good results
For Yang Han's work momentum, it is difficult for colleagues who get along day and night to understand. People often ask him, "When I don't see you tired, don't you feel hard doing this?" ”
Yang Han often smiled in return. "How can you not be tired?" But for him, the sense of accomplishment of each job accomplished turns tiredness into a treat. It is this spirit that supports him to always put into work with a positive attitude and full of enthusiasm, and Phi Xing Dai Yue has no regrets.
With the strong support of the trade union of TISCO Group Corporation, the Employee Innovation Studio named after Yang Han was established in May 2016, and Yang Han has a new place to play.
In the technical research, the studio has implemented more than 400 sets of process research experiments from 10 aspects of the carbonization process, carried out more than 20 special studies, solved a number of key technical problems restricting product quality and pass rate, improved the domestic high-performance carbon fiber preparation technology, and laid the foundation for the company's products to broaden the market; has completed 24 technical research projects, with a cumulative economic benefit of about 30 million yuan. The studio has won the honors of TISCO Advanced Employee Innovation Studio, Taiyuan Excellent Employee Innovation Studio, Shanxi Provincial Worker Pioneer, Shanxi Provincial Enterprise Excellent Innovation Group, etc., and was successfully promoted to "Labor Model Innovation Studio" in Shanxi Province last year.
