The Power Pro Mirror is based on the shape of the Specialized Power saddle — its wider and longer Body Geometry groove, beloved by knights around the world — and is complemented by the same Mirror padding as the S-Works Power Mirror, with 14,000 support points and 7,799 intersections, each individually tuned for better sit bone comfort and soft tissue protection. Specialized Pro-class saddles feature titanium alloy rails and recycled carbon fiber nylon baseplates that bring Mirror technology to more riders and adapt to a wider range of terrain.
Recycled carbon fiber for sustainable comfort
Bicycles may be one of the greenest means of transportation ever created by humans, but Specialized goes a step further. The carbon fiber nylon base plate of this saddle is manufactured using a new recycled carbon fiber process. This is Specialized's first step towards a closed loop of sustainable production, improving production efficiency and reducing waste. The use of carbon fiber residues from the production line, combined with nylon injection molding, allows Specialized to create a more environmentally friendly carbon fiber nylon bottom plate.
