German tuning shop BSTC Performance unveiled a modified, retuned AMG GT R that was upgraded for appearance and power, with a maximum horsepower increased to 903 horses, which is more powerful than the AMG GT Black Series and satisfies the bloody heavy gamers.
BSTC Performance is a shop that specializes in the modification of mercedes-Benz models, and for this AMG GT R, they replaced and upgraded them with the GT R Pro and the original AMG GT kit. These include new LED headlights and tail lights, the front bumper is also replaced with a new carbon fiber shape with a fixed wind wing air force kit, with a full set of rear bumpers and fixed GT tails, there is a finishing effect, the overall motion tension is greatly improved. The aluminum ring part is replaced by the AMG Performance forged specification, also from the AMG GT R Pro, and the tires are matched with the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 of the front 285/30R19 and the rear 335/25R20.
The engine uses a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine, BSTC Performance upgraded a pair of Weiistec Engineering turbochargers, synchronously replaced the 200 mesh sporty IPE style and ARMA carbon fiber intake system, improved the engine's intake and exhaust smoothness, and finally through the computer ECU fuel supply, ignition and boost value adjustment, the engine power has grown by leaps and bounds.
The maximum horsepower increased from 585 to 903, making it more powerful than all the AMG GT currently on sale. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via the AMG Speedshift seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and the gearbox has been internally enhanced to make it counter to the upgraded power without reducing service life.
BSTC Performance did not disclose how much the AMG GT will change in performance data after tuning, but we feel that on the track, the speed should be slower than the AMG GT Black Series, because the latter has an air power kit that helps it stabilize on the track. Looking at the AMG GT after the BSTC Performance modification alone, if the acceleration performance on the straight line, it will definitely be the most powerful AMG GT.
