Focusing on the theme of "Digital Intelligence Driven by Hundred Industries Interconnection", the "2021 Top 100 Digital Transformation and Innovation Summit" co-sponsored by The Economic Observer and Jingguan Media was launched on the cloud on December 29. He Heng, deputy director of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress and former deputy director of the National Bureau of Statistics, shared that there are three major difficulties in our current situation, the first is the contraction of demand, the second is the impact of supply, and the third is the weakening of expectations. Recognizing these things, we should have confidence. However, in the face of the difficulties that are emerging now, we must find ways to overcome them, dare to innovate, and carry out the transformation of enterprises to make our economy develop with high quality. Regarding the digital transformation of enterprises, first, we need more entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial spirit; second, we must be steady, seek truth from facts, and transform according to our own strengths; third, transformation requires a market-oriented concept, a deep analysis of the market, and a comprehensive observation. Without studying the market, it is impossible to transform.
Chen Chunhua, dean of the BiMBA Business School at Peking University's National Development Research Institute, pointed out that the first part of the essential characteristics of digitalization is called "connectivity." A lot of things are connected to society through connections, and connections are greater than possessions. The second essential feature of digitalization is called "symbiosis." Under the epidemic prevention and control, our physical world has been blocked, but our work, study, and life in the digital world have not stopped. We live together in space under two worlds, and this is symbiosis. The third characteristic of the digital essence is called the "present." In fact, all of our industries can be redone because it can be done completely with a new logic, it is no longer accepting your past experience, and this is one of the big challenges we will encounter.
Mr. Mao Jiye, former dean of the Business School of Chinese Min University and professor of the Department of Management Science and Engineering, said that digital transformation is to "reconstruct" your business and organization with emerging digital technologies. The core keyword is reconstruction, just like the digital camera subverting the original film camera, Apple's digital mobile phone replacement replacement of the original functional machine, or today's Tesla as the representative of the electric car is subverting the traditional car, is to use new digital technology to do the original thing again. In digital transformation, the number one must do six things well, change cognition, start from self-learning, and then promote organizational learning, determine the direction, new vision, and new business strategy; reconstruct the organization, the new architecture, set up new departments, and new departments at all levels; reconstruct our team, recruit new people, train old employees; and the fifth point is this digital thinking and innovation atmosphere. Wang Hong, vice president of BOE Technology Group, shared the keynote speech "The Road to Digital Transformation of Enterprises in the "Uncertainty" Environment", to some extent, the development of enterprises is a process of continuous selection, and entrepreneurs need to constantly choose decisions in an uncertain environment to make the business of enterprises continue to grow and develop, and achieve the goal of evergreen enterprises. I think that whether it is at the national level or at the corporate level, everyone feels it personally and agrees that we are in a major change that has not been seen in a hundred years. Changes in the political and economic relations of major countries, the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, including fluctuations in prices like chips and basic energy sources, have all caused challenges and impacts on the development of enterprises. In addition to these changes, there is a more far-reaching and long-term change: that is, consumer needs are constantly changing. So how can companies respond to the continuous development and change of the external environment through digital transformation? We believe that capacity building is mainly carried out from four aspects: process optimization ability, customer contact ability, data decision-making ability and IT operation guarantee ability.

Adhere to the front-line assistance, form a structured and standardized program for the actual scene, support the front-line units to quickly adapt and select the corresponding program according to the project positioning, improve work efficiency, and save input costs.
The path of our intelligent scene implementation is actually divided into five steps: first start with customer research, then design intelligent scenes based on customer research, deconstruct according to the scene, design the corresponding data architecture and software capabilities of the underlying cloud platform, and finally match the required intelligent hardware. This idea is different from the intelligent equipment manufacturers seen in the market, and the idea will be different. In the future, iKang will work with strategic partners to actively embrace algorithmic medicine, embrace artificial intelligence and medical big data, and use innovative technology to drive the change of health management industry service model!
Cai Mengyuan, Senior Commercial Director of Lanjing Group's Nonwovens Business in Asia, shared the role of consumers and companies in achieving carbon neutrality. He pointed out that 80% of Gen Z are willing to promote environmental protection information through social media, 82% of Gen Z are willing to buy eco-friendly products, and 89% believe that companies should be more active in sustainable business models. The Paris Agreement requires stakeholders around the world to actively reduce carbon to control the greenhouse effect, and Lanjing Group is also inspired to become a net zero energy consumption company in 2050; its non-woven fabric brand Vexus actively cooperates with the industry to help partners switch to decarbonization processes and jointly achieve the goal of achieving zero carbon by 2050.

After the guests' wonderful speeches and roundtable forums, the 2021 Digital Transformation and Innovation Top 100 Summit officially came to an end.
