The three major industries of 33 units in Longgang District have formed a group of "show muscles" with outstanding results

On December 29, the 23rd China International Hi-Tech Fair (hereinafter referred to as "CHTF"),which was held in the form of "combining online and offline", entered the last day of the offline exhibition. As a Shenzhen industrial region and an innovation strong area, Longgang joined hands with 33 units and 70 products from enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes in this year's CHTF to participate in the exhibition. In addition, there are 53 outstanding enterprises and institutions in the region, such as Gaoju Innovation and Guoxian Technology, which participate in the exhibition independently, with a total of 86 exhibitors and institutions.

Three major industries "show muscle"

The exhibition area of Longgang District is located in Hall 09 of Shenzhen World Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an), with an area of 204 square meters. The exhibition area adds green elements to the continuation of the blue-and-white tones of previous years. Within the exhibition area, "government, production, learning, research, gold, service, use" and other seven aspects of the exhibition, and planned the electronic information, advanced manufacturing and automation, biology and new medicine, intelligent manufacturing, new energy and energy saving, new materials and other six Longgang advantageous industrial zones. The world's first intelligent curved screen speaker brought by Gaoju UAV, Kangguan transparent screen, Guanxu Electronics, the naked-eye 3D air suspension display of Bandu Technology, the new crown nucleic acid automatic extraction equipment brought by Comma Point Medical, etc. "black technology" from Longgang enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions attracted the attention of the audience.

"IT", "BT" and "low carbon" are the three dominant industries in Longgang District. The Seventh Party Congress of Longgang District held in September this year revealed that Longgang will make every effort to build an "IT +BT+ low-carbon" industrial cluster. By 2025, the economic strength will reach a new level, with a regional GDP of more than 680 billion yuan and an added value of industrial enterprises exceeding 408 billion yuan. Among them, the three major industrial clusters of "IT+ BT + low carbon" have developed, the electronic information industry has reached a trillion scale, biomedicine and green and low carbon have become the new "industrial pillars", and the gorgeous transformation from "industrial region" to "industrial strong area" has been realized.

The Longgang exhibition area is dominated by "blue", "white" and "green", which is in line with the three pillar industries of Longgang. Among them, blue represents the electronic information industry, white represents the biomedical industry, and green represents the low-carbon industry.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of Longgang District, the 33 units participating in the exhibition also fully reflected the industrial characteristics of Longgang's "IT+BT+low-carbon". Among them, there are 18 electronic information industries, 6 advanced manufacturing, 5 biology and new medicine, 2 new materials, 1 resource and environment, and 1 new energy. Among them, there are 18 national high-tech enterprises, 5 specialized and special new enterprises, and 6 innovation and entrepreneurship teams, which can represent the head level of Longgang's scientific and technological innovation. The 70 exhibits on display have strong innovation and leadership, not only have independent intellectual property rights, but also are mostly newly developed products, of which nearly half of the products developed and produced in 2021, there are 33 models, 30 models developed and produced in 2020, and 10 products have won the awards of the design and application competition at or above the municipal level. It can be said that at this high-tech fair, Longgang District showed a "muscle" of the three dominant industries of "IT + BT + low carbon".

The first-class innovation environment escorts the innovation highland in eastern Shenzhen

Since the beginning of this year, Longgang has a set of such data that has attracted great attention - this year, the proportion of R&D investment in the whole society has remained above 10% of GDP, the first in the city; from January to October, the number of PCT international patent applications was 6165, the first in the city; the number of patents authorized was 39085, the third in the city; the number of invention patents authorized was 8386, the second in the city; the number of effective invention patents was 47084, the second in the city. It can be seen that innovation has become the core "gene" of Longgang's development.

In fact, Longgang District has always focused on innovative development. In January this year, Longgang District put forward the new target positioning of "innovative Longgang", "eastern center", "industrial highland" and "happy home". Among them, "innovation" is placed in the first place.

Longgang District has taken a series of measures to ensure the development of innovative industry innovation teams. According to the relevant person in charge of the Longgang District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, Longgang District has formed a perfect incubation and incubation chain in serving the innovation and entrepreneurship team. There are 43 co-working spaces in the district, which can meet the development needs of enterprises at different growth stages; 30 science and technology business incubators with an incubation area of about 400,000 square meters; 2 science and technology enterprise accelerators with an area of more than 100,000 square meters; and 11 science and technology innovation industrial parks with a total construction area of about 1.8 million square meters. The data shows that as of now, Longgang has cultivated 49 innovation and entrepreneurship teams.

In order to protect the rights and interests of the scientific and technological innovation team, Longgang is also ahead of the curve in the protection of intellectual property rights. In September this year, the Longgang branch window of Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Center was officially awarded. In the next five years, Longgang District will improve the "three-in-one" intellectual property comprehensive management system of the District Intellectual Property Joint Conference, the District Intellectual Property Service Center and the District Intellectual Property Alliance, and build a full-chain service system covering intellectual property consulting, trading, evaluation, insurance, securities, rights protection guidelines, etc., to establish an excellent soft environment for scientific and technological innovation.

In addition, in order to help enterprises solve the problem of financing difficulties, Longgang District promoted a number of financial institutions to issue intellectual property securitization products, with a total amount of 504 million yuan, benefiting 41 enterprises; built a financial service platform for enterprises to connect with scientific and technological financial products and corporate financing needs, and the first batch of 7 banks released a total of 27 scientific and technological financial products.
