Previously, according to Tianyan, BYD and Momenta subsidiaries established an intelligent driving joint venture Shenzhen Dipai Zhixing Technology on November 26. The registered capital of Dipai Zhixing is 100 million yuan, of which BYD invests 60% and Momenta invests 40%.
