Shang Bo, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Shandong Normal University, has studied chinese painting flowers and birds at the China Academy of Fine Arts, the 3rd Chinese Painting Advanced Study Class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and the Studio of Mo Xiaosong of the Beijing Academy of Painting.

He is currently a member of the Chinese Gongbi Painting Society, a member of the presidium of the Shandong Gongbi Painting Society, a member of the Provincial Beauty Association, a deputy director of the Gongbi Painting Art Committee of the Dongying Municipal Art Association, the president of the Dongying Gongbi Painting Society, the vice president of the Chinese Painting Society, the vice chairman of the Dongying Youth Artists Association, the painter of the Dongying Painting Academy, the painter hired by the Dongying Art Museum, and the vice chairman of the Dongying District Artists Association.

His works have been published in professional newspapers and magazines such as "Fine Arts", "Grand View of Fine Arts", "Fine Arts Newspaper", etc., and "Shang Bo Chinese Painting Works Collection", and many works have participated in the China Artists Association and provincial and municipal exhibitions and won awards.
