Zhang Liangui was born in Lixin County, Anhui Province. It grows in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia.
1968 graduated from high school in the Uda Mine.
Joined the work in 1969, a member of the Party.
In 1984, he enrolled in the Correspondence College of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, and after graduation, he engaged in root carving and painting research in his spare time.
In 1991, he participated in the national "Suzhou" root carving exhibition and won the second prize.
In 2014, he participated in the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Channel's New Year Chinese Painting Exhibition, and "Freehand Flowers and Birds" was collected. In 2021, he participated in the Inner Mongolia Party School to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the Chinese painting exhibition "Yan'an" was collected.
In 2211, he applied for the review committee of the Ministry of Culture of China and was rated as a senior arts and crafts artist.
In 2021, he joined the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of the Inner Mongolia Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, the vice chairman of the Wuhai Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and the chairman of the Wuhai Wuda District Artists Association.
After retirement, he specialized in the creation of Chinese freehand flower and bird paintings.
