After the surrender of the Japanese in 1945, he was already the commander of the 16th Division of the Jireliao Military Region, and as commander, he accepted a very heavy task, that is, to serve as the plenipotentiary representative of the Northeast Bureau, on the other hand, to get in touch with the Soviet Union's returning anti-coalition commanders and convey to them the organization's concern and condolences to them.
After that, he participated in the campaigns of the Liberation War such as the Great Bandit Suppression of bandits in northeast China, the Battle of Siping, and the Battle of Linjiang, and made great contributions to the cause of the liberation of Northeast China. Since the Liberation War, China began to enhance its national strength, all kinds of armies need different services, so the establishment of the military has also been put on the agenda, on March 1, 1946, China's Northeast Democratic Coalition Army Aviation School was established in Tonghua. At that time, at the technical level of our country, it was very difficult for the aviation school to be built, because almost all the captured aircraft were in tatters left by the Kuomintang, the instructors were also Japanese prisoners of war, and there was a lack of some fuel, all of which were replaced by alcohol.
The soldiers who joined the aviation school were almost all peasants, so the cultural level had a certain limit, which could only reach the level of writing and reading newspapers, and as pilots, they had to know a lot, such as advanced mathematics, psychology, aerodynamics and so on. At that time, Zeng Kelin belonged to the old revolutionary and was a high-ranking cadre, and his cultural level was still higher in comparison, but he could not understand the physical knowledge and mechanical principles when he looked at it. But as an old revolutionary, with amazing perseverance and enthusiasm, he completed all the subjects of pilots, and after more than a year of study, he led more than 400 soldiers, all of whom passed the examination, for the first pilots in the history of our country.
He joined the revolution at the age of 16, became a commander after the Long March, studied in the aviation school, and passed the examination of all the staff, and his life did not end here. In 1952, when the preparation of China's air force system was in full swing, because the first aviation mixed brigade was to be formed, but at this time, Zeng Klin received an order from his superiors to go to the aviation school for further study, but after he graduated, he did not continue to participate in the air force, but had a new mission, that is, to build a navy.
In 1955, he was awarded the rank of major general, and was also awarded the Order of Independence and Freedom, First Class, the Liberation Medal, First Class, and the Order of August 1, Second Class. After he was transferred to the Navy, he built the first naval aviation unit in the history of our country, and the commander of the navy was more than 30 years. After 1955, his navigation units participated in many operations, such as defending Hainan Island and blocking the Golden Gate. Since then, many honorary titles, personal honorary titles or advanced honorary titles have emerged in the army.

Because of his strong personal ability, in the process of the development of the whole country, he is even more meritorious and has outstanding achievements. He then served as Deputy Director of naval logistics, naval adviser, and commander and party secretary of the Naval Aviation Department, but in 1988 he retired as a general and received the Order of Merit of the Red Star first class in the Chinese People's Liberation Army. He died in Beijing on March 12, 2007, at the age of 94.
