In terms of vehicle replacement guarantee, at present, the five districts of Kunming's main city have built 12 substations (of which 10 are put into operation), 10 substations under construction, according to the scale of vehicle replacement, it is planned to build no less than 40 dedicated substations, forming a reasonable layout and convenient use of charging and replacing networks in the city, and at the same time adjusting the number and distribution of substations in a timely manner according to the scale of replacing new energy taxis.
Tian Zhihua, deputy chief of the cruise taxi management section of Kunming Taxi Administration, said that it has been calculated that the current operating cost of fuel taxis is about 0.5 yuan / km, and the cost after replacing it with a new energy cruise taxi is about 0.3 yuan / km, and the operating cost can be reduced by about 0.2 yuan / km. At present, there are 9137 cruise taxis operating in the five districts of the main city of Kunming, including 1409 new energy cruise cars.
