From 4:00 p.m. on December 17 to 4:00 p.m. today, 39 new confirmed cases (including 6 cases in Ningbo, 29 cases in Shaoxing and 4 cases in Hangzhou) were reported in Ningbo, Shaoxing and Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province, including 1 case converted from an asymptomatic infected person to a confirmed case (in Shaoxing). No new asymptomatic infections were reported.
Since December 5, to 4 p.m. today, the three places in our province have reported a cumulative total of 460 confirmed cases and 1 case of asymptomatic infection (excluding the number of confirmed cases, the same below). Among them, Ningbo has reported a cumulative total of 74 confirmed cases; Shaoxing has reported a cumulative report of 358 confirmed cases and 1 case of asymptomatic infection; and Hangzhou has reported a cumulative report of 28 confirmed cases.
The province has cumulatively checked 25,823 close contacts and 37,987 sub-close contacts, all of which have implemented control measures.
The three places have carried out a total of 15.5321 million nucleic acid collection tests, and 14.9805 million copies have been produced, except for the above-mentioned infected people, all of which are negative.
The province has been included in the isolation and control 713971, of which 70,158 are in centralized isolation, 45,576 are under home health observation, and 598237 are under daily health monitoring.

As of 16:00 on December 18, the city's cumulative positive cases were 359, and these cases were mainly concentrated in Shangyu District, with a total of 356 cases (mainly the outbreak caused by funerals and the gathering of people in the Chase Supermarket Vegetable Market), distributed in 9 town streets (of which Cao'e Street and Baiguan Street accounted for 89% of the total; 3 cases in Yuecheng District, distributed in 2 streets, were related to Shangyu cases). No cases have been found in the other four districts and counties (cities). Yuecheng District has carried out two rounds, keqiao, Zhuji, Shengzhou, Xinchang has carried out a round of nucleic acid testing for all employees are negative.
At present, there have been some positive changes in the epidemic situation in Shangyu District of Shaoxing City:
First, the number of new positive cases of nucleic acid testing began to decline on the same day. From the highest 70 cases on the 15th to 49 cases yesterday; today at 0-16 hours, 9 new cases were added, of which 96.5% were detected at centralized isolation points.
Second, the intensity of control continues to increase. At 13:00 on December 11, Shangyu District launched the sealing and control measures and dynamically optimized them in a timely manner. According to statistics, of all the cases, the number of infected people after December 12 is only 7 people.

Sun Liming, deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission: At present, all confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people in Shangyu District of Shaoxing City are concentrated in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences. As of 12:00 on December 18, the hospital managed 352 confirmed patients and 1 asymptomatic infected patient. Among the confirmed cases, there are 104 ordinary cases, 247 mild cases, 1 severe case (the severe patient is an elderly patient, the condition is generally stable), and there are no critical cases.
In strengthening the medical treatment of patients, the Provincial Health Commission adheres to the "four concentrations" principle of "concentrating patients, concentrating experts, concentrating resources, and concentrating treatment" and strives to improve the effectiveness of treatment.
The first is to concentrate patients and concentrate treatment. After the outbreak of this round of epidemics, after research and judgment, from 8 p.m. on December 10, the designated hospital for the treatment of new crown pneumonia (the affiliated hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences) will be opened to vacate the patients in the current hospital and suspend all diagnosis and treatment services. In order to do a good job in medical treatment, Shaoxing City re-established the management structure of designated hospitals, and 645 medical backbones were drawn from municipal hospitals to carry out treatment. At present, the number of beds in designated hospitals that meet the requirements for the treatment of new crown patients has reached 858, which can meet the requirements for centralized admission and treatment of confirmed cases at this stage.
The second is to concentrate experts and resources. The Provincial Health Commission has dispatched a total of 13 provincial hospital experts to participate in the medical treatment of patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences. Among them, there are 8 experts from the First Hospital of Zhejiang Medical College (National Center for Infectious Diseases) with rich experience in the treatment of new crown patients, 1 expert from the Provincial Children's Hospital (National Children's Regional Medical Center), and 4 experts from the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the same time, the First Hospital of Zhejiang Medical University has set up a provincial-level intensive care team of 100 people, and once it is necessary, the provincial-level intensive care team will take over the intensive care ward.
The third is to strengthen assessment and intervene in a timely manner. Strengthen the case management of confirmed patients, give full play to the role of expert groups in condition judgment, diagnosis and treatment consultation, etc., and smooth the consultation network between provincial-level designated hospitals and Shaoxing designated hospitals. Establish a provincial expert team to conduct remote consultations on the condition of Shaoxing and other confirmed cases in the province, and regularly conduct disease research and assessment. At present, among the confirmed patients, the oldest is 88 years old, the youngest is 1 year old, ≥ 80 years old, 68 cases are ≥ 65 years old, and 22 cases are children, some patients are accompanied by chronic underlying diseases. The expert group will focus on this part of the special patients, strengthen analysis and judgment, adhere to the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and timely carry out treatment and intervention. In addition, a team of full-time psychologists was arranged to enter the ward to strengthen the psychological intervention of COVID-19 patients and medical staff.
