On December 15, the world-renowned 2021 Shenzhen Global Investment Conference was successfully held. This year's conference negotiated and signed more than 260 projects, involving a total investment of more than 820 billion yuan, and a total of 44 major projects were signed on site.
Among them, Dapeng New Area has negotiated and signed a total of 20 key enterprises, with an investment scale of more than 45 billion yuan, and the project industry types cover LNG new energy, food, health, high-end cultural tourism and other fields. It is worth mentioning that the projects and investment scale of this negotiation and signing are all record highs in the history of the innovation zone.
This year's Global Investment Conference has aroused widespread concern at home and abroad, and the guests attending the conference are also at the heavy level, including the world's top 500, China's top 500, large central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, leading backbone private enterprises, listed companies, unicorn companies and other guests at the level of vice president or above, as well as foreign embassies, consulates, key business associations and other relevant responsible persons of international institutions. Participating enterprises and institutions involved in the fields of new generation information technology, high-end manufacturing, new materials, new energy, biomedicine, big health, finance, digital economy, high-end cultural tourism and so on.
According to the relevant person in charge of Dapeng New District, dapeng New District signed four major projects on the spot, namely the Shenzhen LNG project of the State Petroleum Pipeline Network Group Co., Ltd., the national health food technology innovation center project of COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute Co., Ltd., the health cultural tourism complex project of Shanghai Fosun Hi-Tech (Group) Co., Ltd., and the resort commercial complex project of China Resources Capital Management Co., Ltd. The investment entities are the world's top 500, China's top 500 and large state-owned enterprises.
From January to November this year, Dapeng New Area promoted the settlement of 84 high-quality enterprises around the direction of characteristic industries in the fields of tourism, biology, food and marine, an increase of 133.33% year-on-year. The recent investment conference held in the new district has achieved fruitful results, signing 21 projects, successfully settling high-quality projects such as Fosun Cultural tourism complex, and accelerating the layout of the "LNG Industrial Corridor" in Dapeng Bay. In particular, with the planning and construction of ocean university, the landing of the national deep-sea scientific research center, and the start of the construction of Legoland, Dapeng New Area is gradually becoming a happy land for entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
