Zhao Jing introduced that the Fang 7110 adopts TSMC's 28nm HPC+ process, equipped with a 64-bit high-performance RISC-V quad-core processor, operating frequency up to 1.5GHz, 2MB L2 cache, DDR4/LPDDR4 Memory, support Linux. With a powerful image and video processing system, among them, the ISP independently developed by Saifang Technology adapts to mainstream camera sensors, the built-in image and video processing subsystem supports H265/H264/JPEG codec, and the integrated GPU makes it have stronger image rendering capabilities, which can complete a variety of complex video image processing and intelligent visual computing to meet the needs of a variety of visual real-time processing at the edge end. It has a wealth of peripheral interfaces such as PCIE 2.0, eMMC5.0, HDMI 2.0, MIPI, USB2.0/3.0, 1000M/100M/10M GMAC.
Zhao Jing said that Fang Jinghong 7110 provides a complete platform solution for mid-range computing and edge computing, which will be widely used in cloud computing, industrial control, NAS, tablet computers, HMI human-machine interface and other fields, and will be mass-produced in the second quarter of next year. Saifang Technology provides a complete software development platform for personal single-board computers, software stacks that meet different application scenarios, and the SDK of JH7110 is completely open source in the RISC-V community.
Together with partners including RISC-V Foundation and Open Atom Open Source Foundation, SSE TECHNOLOGY builds a perfect, growing and reasonable RISC-V ecosystem alliance. Zhao Jing said that Saifang Technology has launched the RVspace open source community, and based on the 7110 development board, it will provide a series of open source projects, online forums, product releases, etc., to provide a communication platform for system manufacturers and development enthusiasts.
In addition to the Fang 7110, Zhao Jing finally introduced the 64-bit RISC-V processor IP Fang Tianshu, and said that next year, Saifang Technology will focus on developing processors based on the CPU IP.
