Is Zhuge Liang in history really so godly?

Is Zhuge Liang in history really so godly?

As we all know, during the Three Kingdoms period, there was a courtier under the Shu Han Dynasty, who knew astronomy and geography, was proficient in yin and yang gossip, and had a near-demon mind, who could predict the future. And this person is talking about Zhuge Liang, who Sima Hui called 'Wolong'.' In the rendition, Luo Guanzhong's description of Zhuge Liang is completely exaggerated.

However, it is precisely because of his deification of Zhuge Liang that the world feels that Zhuge Liang's ability is heavenly. But after all, this is only the description of Zhuge Liang in the interpretation, and there are certain subjective factors that affect our correct understanding of Zhuge Liang. So, did zhuge liang in history really have such a god? Is it as resourceful as the one depicted in the rendition? The following are my personal views.

First, Zhuge Liang himself has good ability and deserves the title of ''Sleeping Dragon''.

In the rendition, Luo Guanzhong created an image of Zhuge Liang, who was clever, resourceful, strategic, and dead. In the rendition. Zhuge Liang is also ''Burning Bowang'',' 'Borrowing the East Wind'', 'Borrowing Arrows from Grass Boats',' 'Burning Chibi', 'Seven Captures of Meng',' ''Three Qi Zhou Yu'', and simply writing Zhuge Liang as a god. But in the main history, Zhuge Liang is far from this.

According to the Chronicle of the Three Kingdoms: "Zhuge Liang, the character Kong Ming, langya Yangdu people also." Han Si was attached to lieutenant Zhuge Fenghou. Father Gui, the character Jungong, the late Han Dynasty as Taishan Du Cheng . Liang Early Lonely, from his father Xuan to Yuan Shu lock yu zhang taishou, Xuan general Liang and Liang brother jun officials. According to historical records, Zhuge Liang's ancestor was a lieutenant colonel, and his father was a Taishan ducheng ( 太山都丞) . His uncle had served as Yuzhang Taishou. Later, he and his brother also followed their uncle to take office.

In addition, the Romance of the Three Kingdoms also records Zhuge Liang's words and deeds:

He is eight feet long and has a great appearance. He likes to sing "Father Liang Yin" and often compares himself to Guan Zhongleyi. Even Chen Shou commented on Zhuge Liang: "Liang rarely has the talent of Yiqun, the spirit of heroism." Science and education are strict, rewards and punishments must be believed, no evil is not punished, and no good is not revealed. Yu Zhirong is long, strange plot is short, and the work of the people is better than the general.

It can be seen from this that Zhuge Liang really has a remarkable place.

Second, although Zhuge Liang's skills are not small, he is not a god.

Zhuge Liang in real history is actually far from being as deified as he is touted in the rendition, but he also has a lot of skills. In the rendition, the story of Liu Beisan Gu Maolu is difficult to distinguish whether it is true or false. But what is certain is that Zhuge Liang did present Liu Bei with the Longzhong Pair. Zhuge Liang proposed a plan to avoid the powerful Cao Cao as much as possible, occupy Jingzhou, and then try yizhou to seek three divisions of the world. And the facts have also proved the correctness of Zhuge Liang's plan.

At that time, Zhuge Liang must have purposefully understood the situation in the world. If this were not the case, how could Zhuge Liang have such a clear and accurate understanding of cao cao, Sun Quan, and other warlord forces? How could such a correct plan be made? However, it is a pity that Shu Han did not successfully expand the territory according to Zhuge Liang's plan in the end. On the contrary, they were gradually defeated and retreated, and they ended up with the first of the three kingdoms to decline and destroy the country.

The borrowing of the East Wind mentioned in the interpretation does not exist in the canonical history. However, Zhuge Liang did make a lot of contributions to the development of shu Han in the main history. For example, he once seized the problem of a large influx of foreign population in Jingzhou and put forward suggestions for enriching Jingzhou's financial resources. This measure not only increased Liu Bei's military food and strength, but also expanded Liu Bei's influence in Jingzhou, and perfectly demonstrated Zhuge Liang's control of the situation. And Chen Shou also commented on Zhuge Liang: "'It can be said that he is a good talent for ruling the world, Guan and Xiao Zhiyapiyi. ''

Third, Zhuge Liang's "mindfulness and near demon" also exists, but it is not exaggerated to the point of God.

As mentioned above, when Zhuge Liang first met Liu Bei, he proposed a policy of uniting Wu against Cao. This has always been an important diplomatic strategy for Zhuge Liang. In liu bei's extremely critical situation, Zhuge Liang said to Liu Bei: "The matter is urgent, please be ordered to ask for help from General Sun." This shows Zhuge Liang's trust in Sun Liu's alliance. Moreover, in the first alliance with Sun Quan, the benefits obtained by Liu Bei also laid the foundation for entering Shu. However, Liu Bei launched the Battle of Yiling, which was greatly defeated by Eastern Wu, and Sun Quan was proclaimed empress.

Some people in Shu said that they should break off their alliance with Sun Wu, and Zhuge Liang analyzed: "'Quan has a long-standing heart of rebellion, so the state skims its provocateurs and asks for the help of the horns. If now he is to show that he will be more extinct, he will hate me deeply, and he shall move his troops to the east, wrestle with them, and merge his land with the Central Plains. Later, Zhuge Liang pointed out even more: "If I am friendly with him because of his immobility, my Northern Expedition will have no worries about the east, and the people of Henan will not return to the west. It was also Zhuge Liang's correct analysis of the situation in the Three Kingdoms, until the Three Kingdoms returned to Jin, and there was no more war between Shu and Wu. This also reflects Zhuge Liang's near-wittedness.

It can be seen from this that the historical Zhuge Liang is actually far less exaggerated and deified than described in the interpretation, but Zhuge Liang himself is still very capable and worthy of the title of ''Crouching Dragon''.
