On December 15, Tesla announced in Guiyang that its supercharger station has achieved full coverage in Guizhou. At present, Tesla's charging map in Guizhou has been expanded to 13 super charging stations (75 piles), 8 destination charging stations (16 piles), connecting nearly 3,000 kilometers, covering Guiyang, Zunyi, Liupanshui, Anshun, Bijie, Tongren, Kaili, Duyun, Xingyi and other 6 prefecture-level cities, 3 autonomous prefecture capitals and 2 autonomous prefecture-level cities under the jurisdiction of counties.

"The opening of the Tesla supercharger station refreshes the pure electric travel experience in Guizhou Province, opens up the pure electric access route between Guizhou and surrounding provinces and cities, and further expands the travel range of Tesla owners." The person in charge of Tesla China Yungui Super Charge introduced to reporters that this line connects to many neighboring places in Guizhou, to the west to Yunnan, Chongqing, Sichuan, to the south to Guangxi, Guangdong, Hainan, and to the east and Hunan directly connected. With Guiyang as the center, Tesla Supercharger Stations are spread along self-driving routes such as Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, Xiamen-Rong Expressway, and Lanhai Expressway. This is the first time that Tesla has realized the inter-provincial charging route between Guizhou and the above regions through the supercharger station, helping to improve the "artery" network of new energy vehicles in western China and improving the accessibility of western transportation.

Tesla announced the opening of 8 supercharger stations in Guizhou, with an average distance of 150 to 200 kilometers between a single station, an average driving time of 2 hours to reach, with Tesla's latest V3 charging pile as the mainstay, which can support up to 250kW peak charging power, effectively ensuring charging efficiency. Taking the Model3 as an example, some models can supplement the cruising range of about 250 kilometers by charging for 15 minutes under peak power conditions, meeting the needs of fast charging and long-distance travel.

It is understood that the super charging station used this time will connect tourism, food and culture, and the tourism resources involved along the line include 7 5A-level scenic spots and 96 4A-level scenic spots, covering Guizhou with beautiful scenery and rich humanities, especially in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, and Qianxi Southwest Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.

In recent years, Guizhou has actively carried out the replacement of electric energy, accelerated the construction of charging and replacing infrastructure, and vigorously promoted "green transportation". This year, 4,000 new charging piles have been added, fast charging stations have been built in 32 pairs of highway service areas, and 5 power plants such as Qianxi, Qianbei, Nayong, Tea Garden, and Yaxi Power Plant have been built to build electric heavy-duty truck charging and replacing power stations, and power consumption is cleaner.
