On February 12, 1912, the Qing Xuantong Emperor announced his abdication, announcing the end of an old era, but Yuan Shikai's assumption of power shattered China's dream of entering a new era of democracy. At that time, there were many progressive young people with patriotic feelings who had been looking in the new direction of China's progress, and among them was a great and important person- Li Dazhao.

Li Dazhao studied in Japan in his early years, and after returning to China, he became the main force of the new cultural movement; at that time, he published a large number of articles in progressive publications such as "New Youth" and encouraged thousands of young men and women to come into contact with new ideas and move toward the revolutionary road.
It is a pity that such an influential figure died early for the revolution, and after his arrest in April 1927, Li Dazhao was killed by the enemy at the age of 38.
Li Dazhao's eldest son, Li Baohua, was born in 1909, and as the eldest child in the family, he was most influenced by his father and achieved the highest achievements since then. He joined the party at the age of 22, participated in the creation of the base area of the Jin-Cha-Ji Border Region during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, served as the political commissar of the Beiyue Military Region and the political commissar of the first column of the Jin-Cha-Ji Military Region during the Liberation War, and successively served as the secretary of the provincial party committee of Anhui and Guizhou provinces in the 1960s and 19 February 2005.
Li Baohua
The second son, Li Guanghua, born in 1922, participated in the Jidong Rebellion at the age of 16 and suffered a head injury in battle, and worked at the Institute of Electronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences until his retirement after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
The eldest daughter Li Xinghua, she was born in 1911, after her father was killed, her mother suffered from a serious illness, the eldest brother was not at home, she gave up her studies in order to take care of her family, and did not return to school until 1931, when the Anti-Japanese War broke out, she graduated from Zhongfa University, and soon went to Yan'an with her sister, and died of illness in Beijing in 1979.
Among the brothers and sisters, the eldest brother Li Baohua has the best career development, but his position as the youngest brother and sister is the most admirable.
Li Yanhua
Sister Li Yanhua taught for many years in Daheituo Primary School in her early years, went to Yan'an in 1940, and later taught at Jidong Jianguo College, and after the founding of the People's Republic of China, she was transferred to Beijing to contribute the rest of her life to the education cause of New China.
Younger brother Li Xinhua was born in 1927 in Daheituo Village, Laoting County, Hebei Province, his father had been killed when he was born, he grew up under the care of the organization after his mother's death, and has been engaged in educational work since the founding of the People's Republic of China, successively serving as the principal of Beijing Dayu Middle School, the party secretary of Mentougou Normal School and the principal of the Teachers' Training School, and died of illness in Beijing in 1989.
Although Li Xinhua and Li Yanhua's positions are ordinary, they have contributed their lives to the education cause of new China, and from this point of view, they are the most honorable.
