In the announcement, the CBA League said that the second phase of the 2021-2022 China Men's Basketball Professional League (hereinafter referred to as the "CBA League") regular season was originally scheduled to start simultaneously on December 25, 2021 in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, and Changchun City, Jilin Province. In view of the recent changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation in Zhejiang and other places, with the approval of the competent department at the higher level, and communication with the Changchun Municipal Government and relevant units, the China Basketball Federation (Beijing) Sports Co., Ltd. has decided to arrange all the second phase of the CBA League regular season competition in Changchun Division, and according to the relevant requirements of the Changchun Division's territorial government for epidemic prevention and control, determine whether to fine-tune the start time, and the relevant competition adjustment matters will be notified separately.
The second phase of the CBA League regular season was originally scheduled to be held from December 25, 2021 to January 28, 2022 in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, and Changchun City, Jilin Province, and will continue to use the tournament system, during which a total of 15 rounds (rounds 14 to 28 of the regular season) will be played. Now all teams will rush to Changchun to play before the start of the match.
