It is understood that the cost of nucleic acid (antibody) testing for the new crown virus includes the cost of testing services and the cost of the kit. Among them, the testing service fee for the nucleic acid determination (single test) of the new crown virus is uniformly reduced from 50 yuan / person to 25 yuan / person, and the sum of the cost of testing and reagents shall not exceed 40 yuan / person; the cost of the new crown virus nucleic acid determination (mixed test) is uniformly reduced from 12 yuan / person to 8 yuan / person (including the cost of the test kit).
The service fee for testing new coronavirus antibodies (IgG or IgM alone) has been reduced from 25 yuan / item to 15 yuan / item, and the service fee for detecting IgG and IgM antibodies has been reduced from 35 yuan / time to 25 yuan / time.
Shantou Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau said that the new crown virus nucleic acid detection kit and antibody detection reagent, in accordance with the actual purchase of the price of the selected products, of which the purchase price of nucleic acid detection kits exceeds 15 yuan, the corresponding deduction of testing service fees, to ensure that the total nucleic acid testing costs do not exceed 40 yuan per person.
It is understood that the above price is the highest guidance price for public medical institutions in Shantou City, and there is no distinction between the grades of medical institutions, no distinction between general inspection and rapid inspection, and no floating, and no limit on downward adjustment. Non-public medical institutions and third-party testing institutions are implemented by reference.
At the same time, the Shantou Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau said that those that belong to the "due diligence" should be inspected by multiple people in accordance with the regulations; those who belong to the "willing to inspect due diligence" and the number of testing institutions testing in a single day can be applied to multi-person mixed inspection, and can also be detected and billed according to the single inspection method. Strictly implement single-person single inspections for high-risk personnel such as inbound personnel, close contacts, and close contacts during the period of centralized isolation. Where nucleic acid testing is simply carried out, there is no need for registration, and public medical institutions must not charge outpatient examination fees.
