The reason for the punishment was that the parties purchased 22 camera devices with facial recognition functions and installed them in their stores, so as to count the number of people entering the store and analyze the proportion of men and women, age, etc.

According to previously released financial report data, in the third quarter of 2021, Xiaopeng Automobile delivered 25,666 units, up 199.2% from 8,578 units in the same period of 2020. Xiaopeng Motors expects vehicle deliveries in the fourth quarter to be between 34,500 and 36,500 units, up approximately 166.1% to 181.5% year-on-year.
