On December 11, Yixing found an asymptomatic covid-19 infection during a routine nucleic acid test for people from other provinces in Yixing. In order to quickly block the chain of epidemic transmission, effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic in our city, and ensure the health and safety of the general public, the following notice is hereby issued:
1. Personnel with a history of living in Yixing City since December 6 should immediately report to their communities, units, territorial epidemic prevention and control headquarters or hotels after returning to Xixi, and actively cooperate with the community to implement various prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and health management. Those who refuse to cooperate with epidemic prevention work and conceal or lie about personal circumstances will be investigated for corresponding responsibilities in accordance with law.
Second, all localities and departments should increase the initiative to explore and arrange, strengthen the active mapping of personnel from Yixing City, as well as key epidemic-related areas such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and implement health monitoring as required.
Third, government agencies, enterprises, public institutions, and individual industrial and commercial households should implement the main responsibility, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as body temperature detection, check health codes (itinerary cards), and real-name registration of outsiders, supervise and urge people entering and leaving to wear masks, and do a good job of environmental disinfection. All fever clinics, grass-roots medical institutions, pharmacies and other units should give full play to the role of sentinel points, check hidden dangers and reduce risks.
Fourth, please tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control at all times, strictly do a good job of personal protection, standardize the wearing of masks, maintain safe social distance, pay attention to personal hygiene, and pay close attention to official authoritative releases, do not believe rumors, do not spread rumors, do not spread rumors, do not create rumors, and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work.
