Notice of the Emergency Headquarters for the Prevention and Control of the Novel Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Epidemic in Fuzhou City on the Health Management of Personnel Entering (Returning) from High- and Medium-Risk Areas (No. 193)

On December 19, 2021, Building 8 of Huahong Golden Berlin Community in Nangang District, Heilongjiang Province, and Phase II of Hengxiangcheng Community in Daoli District (enclosed area of Building 14, Building 15 and Building 16) were adjusted to low risk. As of 21:00 on December 20, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps currently have 13 high-risk areas and 58 medium-risk areas.

The general public should deeply understand the complexity and uncertainty of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, always tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, and overcome the paralyzing thinking and luck mentality. In order to accurately do a good job of "external prevention of import, internal prevention of rebound" and reduce the risk of epidemic import transmission, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the city adopts health management measures for personnel entering (returning) to Rong from high- and medium-risk areas and key areas in accordance with regulations, and the specific requirements are detailed in the attached table.

2. In the near future, if it is not necessary for the citizens of our city, please do not go to the "area range that needs to check the negative nucleic acid for 48 hours" and "key areas" (see the attached table). If you really need to go, you must do a good job of personal protection, accurately record your own activity trajectory; from the "area scope that needs to be checked for 48 hours of negative nucleic acid" and "key areas", after returning to Rongrong, you must take the initiative to report to the community (village), unit, and hotel at the first time, and implement health management measures according to the relevant prevention and control requirements of our city.

Third, please respond to the national new crown virus vaccination policy, especially children aged 3 to 11 years old and the elderly over 60 years old should actively cooperate with the new crown vaccination work, protect personal health, reduce the risk of infection and disease, and jointly build a population immunity barrier.

Fourth, please pay attention to frozen (Tibetan) food safety, pay close attention to the quarantine information of imported food released by government departments; frozen (Tibetan) food operators should cooperate with government departments to implement health monitoring, nucleic acid testing and other prevention and control measures.

V. Please pay attention to personal protection, maintain safe social distancing, develop good hygiene habits such as wearing masks (especially when taking public transportation and moving in public places), washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, not getting together, not gathering, eating less, and sharing meals, and advocating a healthy lifestyle.

Sixth, if there is fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea and other symptoms, to wear disposable medical masks and above level masks, timely to the medical institutions with fever clinics (clinics) for treatment and nucleic acid testing, the process of medical treatment as far as possible to avoid taking public transportation.

VII. Where serious consequences are caused by concealment or false reporting, responsibility is to be pursued in accordance with law.
