Previously, on November 8, at the 10-million-kilowatt new energy base in Hainan, Qinghai, the first batch of 11 new energy distributed tuning cameras were put into use, and the world's largest group of new energy distributed modulators was officially formed. According to Wang Dongyang, commander-in-chief of the test site, the test was carried out under the three modes of distributed tuning camera not put into operation, distributed tuning camera zero power operation, and distributed tuning camera maximum incoming phase and maximum stagnation phase operation. The test covered a variety of new energy equipment, and the on-site measurement point reached 14.

"Through the artificial short-circuit test under three modes, the most typical single-phase grounded short-circuit fault in the operation of the power grid is simulated, which comprehensively verifies the response characteristics of the new energy cluster and the adjustment ability of the distributed regulator in the steady-state and transient state, and accumulates valuable experience for the construction of a new power system mainly based on new energy." It is reported that Qinghai Power Grid is currently the provincial power grid with the highest proportion of new energy installed capacity in the country. The scale of new energy is constantly expanding, and the safety problems of the "large DC" and "high proportion of new energy" power systems are prominent.
