Due to the ARM architecture, the Dynamite L420 cannot install Windows, but it can install the domestic operating system UOS. From the perspective of other software and hardware equipment, most of them have been localized. That is to say, the notebook is not a patchwork of foreign components purchased, but a domestic notebook created by Huawei by independent research and development, which is of landmark significance for promoting the development of the domestic industrial chain.
