The whole process was tense and orderly, and the emergency personnel of each department were urgently deployed to respond actively, be in place in a timely manner, and cooperate closely to successfully complete the drill activities.
After the drill, the Medical Affairs Department, the Nursing Department, and the Emergency Department respectively gave guidance on the drill. Chen Chuanzhen, director of the Nursing Department, stressed that batch of sudden multiple injuries and group injuries are emergency emergencies that are the focus of social attention, which is related to the safety of the people's lives, and the medical staff and functional security departments of the whole hospital should attach great importance to it, consciously improve the awareness of emergency emergency, strengthen the emergency response ability of the hospital, in an emergency, can be dispatched well, timely diagnosis, effective treatment, appropriate measures, and truly practice the lofty mission of the hospital "respecting life and protecting health".
Through this exercise, the implementation of key systems such as hospital treatment and treatment in hospitals and the important links of medical safety such as the transfer and handover of critically ill patients were further examined, the ability of functional departments and clinical departments to coordinate and cooperate was demonstrated, and the deficiencies in the emergency response process of hospitals were found, which provided a strong guarantee for further improving the rapid response and effective handling capabilities of medical staff to respond to public health emergencies, standardizing the emergency response and rescue work process, and revising and improving the relevant emergency plans and working mechanisms.
