The reporter learned from the Putuo Public Security Bureau that the man involved in the case, Lu Mou, had been taken criminal compulsory measures for endangering public safety by dangerous means.

When the car escaped to the entrance of a hospital on Zhidan Road, it collided with a car that turned around normally, and the drivers of both cars were injured to varying degrees. Fortunately, the accident occurred at the entrance of the hospital, and the injured were quickly treated. After the blood test of the hospital, the blood alcohol content in Lu Mou's body was 37mg/100mL, which belonged to drunk driving.
In the process of being investigated by the police, the perpetrator Lu Mou was very "sober" and said that because he knew that he had drunk alcohol, and his driver's license had been cancelled due to the long-term renewal of his license, he chose to punch the card to evade inspection.
According to the police investigation, Lu drank alcohol during dinner on November 28, and then took a friend's car back to the hotel to rest. In the early morning of the 29th, Lu suddenly felt unwell and wanted to go to the hospital to see a doctor, because he was embarrassed to trouble his friend who had fallen asleep to drive him to the hospital for medical treatment, so he decided to drive his friend's car to the hospital. On the way, seeing the police inspecting, Lu knew that he would be checked, so he chose to accelerate the card, and the result was a car accident.
At present, the case is under further investigation.
