Typical case 1: No demerit points

On April 12, when the Nanjing traffic police were on duty at the intersection of Huju South Road and Hanzhong Road, they found a small van with a dark protective film pasted on the window, and the police immediately inspected the vehicle. After investigation, the car was loaded with 7 people, 10 people, and 43% overcrowded. The police imposed a fine of 100 yuan on the driver in accordance with the law, 6 points on the driver's license, and ordered him to refute the overloaded personnel.
Typical case three: 12 points
On April 7, when the Yangzhou traffic police were on duty in the street, they found that a van had a low center of gravity and flat tires, which was obviously suspected of overcrowding, so they immediately went forward to intercept and inspect it. After investigation, the car carried 7 people, 16 people, and 129% overcrowding.
