Brief facts of the case:
At about 8:00 a.m. on March 7, 2017, Zhao X, driving a Jin D5***7 "Sany" brand heavy special structure truck, along the provincial highway 325 line (Li Dong Line) from north to south to the Beitou Village section, collided with the Jin DF ***1 "Lan Dun" brand three-wheeled motorcycle driven by Wang X in the same direction, causing Wang X to be injured, and after the hospital rescue was ineffective, the two vehicles were damaged to varying degrees.
Because Mr. Zhao drove a motor vehicle on the road and overtook the car on the opposite side, which eventually caused the traffic accident, according to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 43 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Zhao was mainly responsible for the accident, constituting a criminal case, and zhao's driver's license had been revoked after the court judgment took effect.
