Defendant Lin immediately fled by car. The accident killed 1 person and damaged 3 vehicles to varying degrees.

The Ledong court held that the defendant Lin X constituted the crime of traffic accident, the public prosecution's allegations were established, and the defendant Lin X drove a motor vehicle without a license plate to cause a traffic accident, and was given a heavier punishment as appropriate when sentencing. However, considering that the defendant Lin mou voluntarily surrendered to the public security organs after the case, and truthfully confessed his crime, was willing to accept punishment, and had compensated the family of the deceased for funeral expenses of 40,000 yuan, he could be given a lighter punishment in accordance with law, so the above judgment was made in accordance with law.
