On December 8, the Fangshan District Market Supervision Bureau reported on the disposal of problems found in the recent food safety inspection of the catering industry.

1. Beijing Dawangwang Dingwang Catering Co., Ltd. (Dawang Home Cooking), the party's catering utensils were not sealed and stored, which violated the provisions of Item 5 of The First Paragraph of Article 33 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 126, Paragraph 1, Item (5) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, a warning penalty was given and the online business was stopped.

2. Beijing Chengxiang Wanda Trading Co., Ltd. (Xianghe Meatloaf), the party's failure to implement the purchase inspection system in accordance with the regulations, violating the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 53 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, was given a warning penalty and stopped online business in accordance with the provisions of Item (3) of the first paragraph of Article 126 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

3. Beijing Xinlemei Chewing Xiang Catering Co., Ltd. (Chewing Xiang Fried Chicken), the party's behavior of not meeting food safety standards after the change of production and operation conditions violated the provisions of Article 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. In accordance with the provisions of Article 126, Paragraph 1, Item (11) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, a warning penalty is given and the online business behavior is suspended.

4. The behavior of Beijing Congee Lehui Catering Co., Ltd. (Chai Rice Oil and Salt Home Cooking (Suzhuang Store)) violated the provisions of Article 47 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China by failing to deal with the change in production and operation conditions as required. In accordance with the provisions of Article 126, Paragraph 1, Item (11) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, a warning penalty is given and the online business behavior is suspended.
