Braised pig's trotters

Ingredients: 700g of pig's trotters, using excipients onion ginger salt raw soy sauce old soy sauce rock sugar orange peel star anise

Step 1: Wash the pig's trotters, soak them in clean water for two hours, change the water several times in the middle, remove the blood, and put them into the rice cooker.

Step 2: Add star anise, green onion, ginger and orange peel to the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, soy sauce and water, and cover the pig's trotters.

Step 3: Power on the rice cooker and start the standard rice mode.

Step 4: After half an hour, the pig's trotters are rotten, close the lid, continue to cook, add sugar and a little salt to taste for about 50 minutes, and then open the lid after another 20 minutes.
