In order to further rectify and standardize the order of the city's housing rental market, increase the comprehensive treatment of the stubborn disease of "group rent" in urban management, strengthen the safety management of rental housing, and effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property, on November 8, the Nanxiang Town Comprehensive Management Office joined hands with the Nanxiang Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, the housing management department, the Nanxiang police station, the property company, and the construction team to rectify the phenomenon of "group rent" housing throughout the town.
The action carried out joint rectification of a total of 27 "group rent" houses in Yongxiang Jiayuan, Xianghe Yayuan, Lakeside Tianxia Phase III and other communities. At the rectification site, the construction team, under the organization of law enforcement personnel, completely demolished the unauthorized changed house structure, restored the original layout of the house, and eliminated potential safety hazards.
It is understood that in the early stage, the Office of the Leading Group for the Governance of "Group Rent" in the Residential Community of Nanxiang Town has repeatedly joined hands with the Nanxiang Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, the Neighborhood Committee, the Property and other departments to go door-to-door to verify according to the complaint clues provided by the citizens. On November 8, law enforcement officers conducted a centralized rectification of "group rent" households that had not been rectified after the deadline.

Since September this year, in order to thoroughly implement and implement the relevant requirements of the city's special action on "group rent" governance, the relevant functional departments of Fengxian District and various streets and towns have combined with the complaints of citizens in recent years to comprehensively explore the "group rent" problem points, carry out joint rectification, and increase on-site disposal. As of November 6, all 242 "group rent" problem points in the district have completed the "zero clearance" goal of rectification at the end of the month ahead of schedule.
In order to further consolidate the effectiveness of the "group rent" rectification work, on November 6, the party group member and deputy director of the district housing management bureau led a special inspection team to carry out a rectification "look back" spot check operation at some "group rent" points that had problems in the early stage such as Nanqiao Town. Judging from the on-site inspection, there was no rebound phenomenon.
The inspection team affirmed the rectification work of "group rent" in the two streets and towns, and put forward work requirements for the next step of continuous long-term rectification, prevention of the return of rectification, and prevention of safety problems:
First, we must "guard the door." Strengthen the supervision and guidance of property enterprises, effectively improve the work system such as community access management and dynamic inspection, do a good job in civil air defense and technical defense work, and report problems in a timely manner;
