Beef 200g Asparagus 250g Black pepper to taste Salt to taste Raw soy sauce to taste Oyster sauce to taste Cooking wine to taste Starch to taste Peanut oil to taste
◆ How to do it ◆
1: Wash and cut the beef into thin slices, add black pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, oil and starch.
2: Mix well and marinate for more than 20 minutes.
