1 seaweed cake
400 g shrimp
2 celery sticks
1 tbsp cooking wine
Light soy sauce 1 tsp
1 tsp of oyster sauce
Peanut oil 1 tsp
1 tsp of ground white pepper
Salt 2 g
1: Pour the shrimp into a blender and beat into a puree, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tsp of light soy sauce, 1 tsp of oyster sauce, 2 g of pepper, 2 g of salt and 1 tsp of peanut oil and mix well.
2: Add chopped celery to the shrimp puree and stir vigorously.
3: Place a piece of seaweed cake on the cutting board and use a spoon to spread the mixed shrimp puree evenly on the seaweed.
4: Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, put the seaweed cake shrimp puree on the other side, fry on low heat for 3-5 minutes, turn over and fry for another 3 minutes to get out of the pan.
