Hello everyone, I am Li Xiaohong, a student of Huangpu 25th Stage of Lesheng Gongchang ®, and I will make a small sharing on the feelings and experiences of the second class. There is no perfect turn of the product manager here, only a product novice who has really seen and heard for 2 days of class.
It was two unforgettable days. I'm definitely not a talkative person, but in the two days of this class, I spoke more than I did in a week. I'm not a brain-stirrer, but I've tired and thinned my fattening brain cells during the two days of this class.
Teacher Xue Lihua said that in these two days, the venue for learning is a complete "kindergarten", and we are the children in the kindergarten. When I first heard this, I scoffed, how could Ben Zhi do kindergarten-level things? But then everything that happened, I was deeply punched in the face.
On the first day of "kindergarten", the teacher asked me and seven friends to each hold a small note and tell a story together. We scrambled, feverishly and tongue-in-cheek, from the temptation to return to the village to the infernal path, and preached several versions. The teacher was afraid that we would tear off the roof, so he gave us a large white paper of A0 and asked us to scribble and scribble.
On the afternoon of the first day of painting, one of my friends quickly understood the teacher's intentions, she quickly led a group of friends into action, although I was a little confused, I still tried to keep up with the pace of my friends, but soon I was lost.
Because I want to paint the apples of the north, but the friends are excited to paint the durian of the south, coincidentally, I can't paint without painting! So, looking at everyone's busy figures, I stood like a humanoid sign for an afternoon— until the evening. A little friend found the humanoid standing card in the kindergarten and told me the secret of letting the static card players play with the friends.
Having mastered the secret, I quickly regained my vitality and joined my friends alive. In the final painting, there is both the softness of the southern durian and the sweetness of the northern apple. So regardless of how many people score, I give our common work a score of 100.
I think Teacher Xue is right, come to learn is equivalent to a kindergarten, we are a group of children, not because we told the story and drew, but because here, we are imaginative, expressing our own opinions, colliding ideas, practicing hands-on, creative stimulation, talent awakening, and gradually growing into a wise adult.
Finally, reveal the secret to making the human form stand up, which is what my little friend said. She said, "If you have an idea, just say it right away, don't wait!" If you say it well, then everyone will definitely adopt it, your work will be better, and you will have a great sense of accomplishment. If you don't say it well enough, then people will point out what you have problems with, and you know the direction of improvement.
Even if your idea is passed away, what then? There will be a better idea waiting for you to come up with. Besides, when everyone is trying to think of an idea, you hold on to a good idea yourself and don't say it, don't you feel bad? "I thought, I'm so smart but no one finds it really uncomfortable, so I happily joined the team to play my talents.
