The Lai Niu storm caused by Ding Yiming, former spokesman of Taiwan's "Executive Yuan," caused damage to the reputation of "royal heirloom beef noodles" in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, but was not prosecuted by the procuratorate; on 22 July, Zhao Shaokang, a veteran media person on the island, led the KUOMINTang parliamentarians from the northern region of "Battle Blue" to go to the store to eat beef noodles to support it.
Ding Yiming, then spokesman for the Executive Yuan, held a press conference on November 12 last year, alleging that the "Royal Heritage" of the Taipei Beef Noodle Festival champion used language containing lysing the lyre and other language, and was accused of violating the "Food Safety Law" and therefore stepped down to be responsible; however, after the investigation, the Beijing Inspection Bureau concluded that Ding Yiming referred to the feeding process of the U.S. cattle, and most of the feed would be added with lyre agent, rather than referring to the fact that the beef in the store contained or residual lyre, so the punishment was not prosecuted, which triggered discussion.
Accompanied by Taipei City Councilors Xu Qiaoxin, Chen Bingfu, Li Mingxian, Zhang Sigang, Xu Hongting, and Li Baiyi yesterday, new Taipei Councilor Chen Mingyi and Taoyuan Congressman Shu Cuiling, Zhao Shaokang wore a "Battle Blue" short-sleeved shirt to the store to eat beef noodles and support the merchants.
Zhao Shaokang said that Ding Yiming said at that time that there was a problem with the "royal inheritance of beef noodles" and that the shops were affected; in the past, the DPP said that the court was opened by the KMT, but now everyone also feels that the district prosecutor's office, the court, the "Supreme Court," and the administrative court were all opened by the DPP, and the Ding Yiming incident will only make the judiciary lose credibility.
Chen Mingyi also said that the Ding Yiming incident is incomprehensible, the logic is even more unreasonable, and the ractopamine test is a scientific test, and this beef noodle is free of lai.
Chen Jiabin, head of the Royal Heritage Beef Noodles, said helplessly that why he was hit again and again, is this not a good check for the ruling authorities? Recently, beef prices have increased by more than 60% compared with the same period last year, and the epidemic has made the small people almost unable to sustain it.
Zhao Shaokang posted and photographed on Facebook on the evening of the 22nd, pointing out that Ding Yiming deliberately operated politically and smeared rumors for the sake of the Lai pig issue, resulting in the injury of the royal inheritance beef noodle hard-working signboard, when the Internet was flooded with many messages, they did not want small businesses to be "government machine" badly rectified, so they went to dinner with the members of "Battle Blue", hoping that the business of the store would be more prosperous, and all other restaurants and stores could also be revitalized as soon as possible after the destruction of the epidemic!
Zhao Shaokang said that if the store did not propose to prove self-purification, and then affected by the epidemic, champion beef noodles are likely to become a masterpiece.
