Soon the Spring Festival is coming, but there is no sign of easing relations between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait; the DPP still adheres to the "Taiwan independence" stand and does not relax, the KMT is weak in countering the DPP, and the two female KMT county magistrates in Yilan County and Yunlin County have instead been liquidated by Tsai Ing-wen. The continental army plane continued to cruise over the southwestern Taiwan Strait as always, and Taiwan military pilot Chen Yi crashed during training, adding a touch of sadness to the festive atmosphere that should have been expected to be the Spring Festival. Recently, Zhao Shaokang, a veteran media person in Taiwan and chairman of the Board of Directors of the China Broadcasting Corporation, appealed to the mainland to "let the people on both sides of the strait and the officers and men of both sides have a good year, and the mainland's military planes should not come again."
Will Zhao Shaokang's appeal work? I don't think it will work. Whether or not the mainland military planes will come will not depend on the Spring Festival, but on the attitude of the DPP's traitor clique toward the two sides of the strait. The continental military plane is used to deter "Taiwan independence" and foreign forces, and if "Taiwan independence" makes a fuss, not only will the continental army have the opportunity to come during the Spring Festival, but it is also possible that more will come. As for Zhao Shaokang's remark that the cruise of the Continental Army aircraft "does not even spare the lunar calendar year, which everyone attaches the greatest importance to traditional traditions, it will not only fail to achieve the effect of deterrence, but also arouse greater resentment among the people." As far as we anti-independence and pro-reunification factions are concerned, what we are most disgusted about is not that the continental army planes are cruising the Taiwan Strait, but that the "Taiwan independence" elements have intensified their efforts.
The Spring Festival of 2022 is destined to be uncomfortable, because the DPP's "Taiwan independence" behavior has not relented, and Taiwan regional vice leader Lai Ching-te is going to Honduras, a small Central American country, at the end of the month to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new President Castro, and during the period he will also transit through the United States and visit US officials, which is destined to set off a monstrous wave in diplomacy; what is even more worrying is that not only does the DPP want to visit the United States, but kuomintang chairman Zhu Lilun and pakatan Kwun-che, chairman of the People's Party, also express their views on visiting the United States. Zhu Lilun must visit Japan before visiting the United States, and it is very doubtful for him to strengthen his relations with the United States and Japan and where he wants to lead the Kuomintang. I often scold the DPP for being "pro-US and flattering to Japan," and if the KMT also wants to follow the same path and pick up the DPP's leftovers, this is absolutely unacceptable. Zhu Lilun's "pro-US and lu" route cannot be followed, and if "pro-US and lu" is added to a "flattering day", it will be a dead end.
The DPP must resolutely oppose the introduction of "American pigs," and the introduction of "Japanese nuclear food" must be resolutely opposed. If the KMT embraces the DPP's attitude and engages in a blue-green confluence, it will not be the KMT and will certainly cause internal divisions in the KMT. The right wing of the Kuomintang is a "surrender faction," such as Yu Beichen's surrender to the DPP, which is no different from Wang Jingwei's puppet army that surrendered to the Japanese devils. A true Kuomintang person should be a leftist and revolutionary faction of the Kuomintang, and believe in Mr. Zhongshan's Three People's Principles all his life, instead of seeing the wind and making a rudder and bowing to the obscene authority of the DPP.
As a Kuomintang member, Zhao Shaokang hopes to promote cross-strait peace, which I am in favor of. The two sides of the strait need to make joint efforts to promote peaceful reunification. It is most in line with the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation, including the Taiwan compatriots, and it is impossible to achieve peace without reunification. The Ma Ying-jeou era of "no reunification, no independence, and no force" has become history. As for the "blue-green reconciliation" that Zhao Shaokang is committed to pursuing, I think it is impossible to achieve it; the blue-green one acknowledges the "1992 Consensus" and the other embraces "Taiwan independence" as the party program, which is a relationship in which contradictions cannot be integrated. It is impossible for the DPP to surrender to the KMT, and it is unacceptable for the KMT to surrender to the DPP and engage in any "blue-green confluence." The confluence of blue and green is to conspire with the tiger, to commit adultery, and to be ashamed of people. All the petty criminals who engage in "Taiwan independence" are our enemies and have no need to discuss.
The cure for the Taiwan issue is to "oppose independence and promote reunification," and only on the day of reunification will all contradictions disappear. No matter how unified, the goal of unification will not change. Zhao Shaokang and Chen Shui-bian can achieve "great reconciliation of the century" between individuals, but the "anti-independence and pro-reunification faction" will never collude with the "Taiwan independence" clique.
