On the same day, the Gansu Cultural Property Rights Trading Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Lanzhou Beef Ramen Industry Association, as well as dozens of long-established brands in the industry and related enterprises on promoting the intangible cultural heritage of beef noodles and the digital trading of beef noodles, and through the Gansu Cultural Tourism Operation Platform, the Lanzhou Cultural Tourism Card was linked to promote the long-established beef noodles online and offline, and the excellent stores recommended by the Lanzhou Beef Ramen Industry Association were increased to the Lanzhou Cultural Tourism Annual Pass, so that customers could still spend in the store while trading online.

In 2021, Lanzhou beef noodle making technology was selected into the list of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects and the list of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects. Beef noodles have become a cultural symbol of Lanzhou cuisine and tourism, with high economic value, cultural value and brand value.

Ma Limin said that according to incomplete statistics, at present, Lanzhou beef noodle enterprises have opened more than 60,000 beef noodle restaurants across the country, driving the employment of millions of people. Beef noodles have also settled in more than 60 countries such as Japan, the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Singapore, etc., and hundreds of foreign development outlets.

Zhu Yinhong, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Gansu Cultural Tourism Group, said that the beef noodle industry cluster of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Trading Platform of Gansu Cultural Tourism Cultural Exchange Center will gather the long-established enterprises and characteristic noodle restaurants in lanzhou beef noodle industry to form the first beef noodle agglomeration matrix with different characteristics and tastes in China, and become a professional platform for data analysis and data acquisition in cultural tourism-related industries.
