Sanxiang Metropolis Daily , New Hunan Client November 1 ( All-media reporter Huang Yaping intern Ning Ruixin ) On October 29, the official website of the Hunan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau announced the sampling of 1160 batches of food safety supervision. Recently, the bureau organized the supervision and sampling of 1160 batches of 28 major categories of food products, such as meat products, condiments, and catering foods involved in food production and circulation, and a total of 14 batches of unqualified food were detected.

Among them, in the fritters sold by yuan laosi hot pot shop in Hengyang City's Steaming Xiang District and the fritters sold by Xiaolongkan hot pot Lake Wanda store in Zhuhui District, Hengyang City, the residual amount of aluminum (dry samples, in terms of AI) was detected to be 144mg/kg and 586mg/kg, respectively, and were judged to be unqualified food.
In 2014, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and other five departments issued the "National Standard for Food Safety Food Additive Use Standards", which clearly stated that in the final fried noodle products, the residual amount of aluminum (dry samples) should not exceed 100mg/kg. Sanxiang Metropolis Daily reporter learned that aluminum-containing food additives, such as potassium aluminum sulfate (also known as potassium alum), ammonium aluminum sulfate (also known as ammonium alum), etc., are used as leavening agents and stabilizers in food, and aluminum residues will be generated after use. Aluminum-containing food additives will not pose a health hazard when used according to standards, but long-term consumption of foods with excessive aluminum standards may lead to a decline in exercise and learning and memory.
In addition, the Hongmantian packaged drinking water sold by the Linli County Tiantianqia Beverage Distribution Department and produced by the nominal Hunan Hongxiaoxiang Beverage Co., Ltd., the Jiuli Mineral Spring Packaged Drinking Water sold by the Lixian Jiuli Mineral Water Sales Department and the nominal Hunan Jiuli Mineral Water Co., Ltd. and the hunter spring drinking natural water sold by the Lixian Boqingbo Healthy Drinking Water Service Center and nominally produced by Hunan Lixian Hunter Spring Drinking Industry Co., Ltd. were all found to be unqualified for the pseudomonas aeruginosa project.
For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the market supervision departments in Hengyang, Changde and other places to organize verification and disposal, urge food producers and traders to take measures such as removing shelves, sealing, recalling unqualified products to control risks, and strictly deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law; and promptly disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal taken by relevant food producers and operators to the public.
