On the evening of September 30th, the water pavilion gate was brightly lit, the crowds were surging, the large and small five-star red flags fluttered in the wind, swaying with the atmosphere of the festival, and the "Good to Listen to Quzhou" Ancient City National Wind Concert was sung in the square outside the Shuitingmen Historical and Cultural Block.
