In order to implement the drug prevention education work for young people, reduce the trend of drug abuse and juvenileization, and enhance the awareness and ability of young people to know, recognize, prevent and resist drugs, on the morning of October 24, the anti-drug social workers of Dongfeng Town and the village committee of Anle Village jointly held a youth drug prevention and drug temptation growth camp.
The activity was divided into two parts: lectures and VR experiences, first carried out by anti-drug social workers, in the form of text, pictures and student interaction to explain to students the common sense of drugs, analyze the causes of drug use, show the harm of drugs, and comprehensively promote drug prevention education to students. Through VR experience links such as "I am a small master of drug recognition" and "I am a small expert in drug refusal", so that teenagers can actively pass the customs while also learning the knowledge of drugs, learn the way to reject drugs, and deepen the impression of teenagers on the harm of drugs.
Before the activity began, the students discussed around the drug model, scrambling to say the name of the drug, many students mistakenly believed that the disguised drug jumping candy is the snack candy that is usually eaten, through the guidance of the social worker, the students realized that this is a disguised drug, and they will pay more attention to it in the future. In the classroom, the students listened carefully to the lectures and answered the questions raised by the anti-drug social workers like a stream; during the game, the students "cut six will pass five levels", and each game link was easy to cope with, which showed that the students kept in mind the content of the anti-drug propaganda class.
Through this activity, young people fully understand the harm of drugs, effectively resist the infringement of drugs, and further stimulate the enthusiasm of young people to participate in anti-drug work, forming a beautiful atmosphere of "green campus, drug-free life", and achieving good educational and publicity effects.
