Project overview
The Strategy City Square project is located in the core area of Changsha County, bordering Kaiyuan Road in the south, Dongsi Road in the west, Dongwu Road in the east, and administrative branch roads on the north side. Changsha Metro Line 3 seamlessly connects with the project at Songyahu South Station, opposite the newly planned Songyahu National Ecological Park. Convenient transportation and unique geographical location. As the first urban complex in Changsha County, the project has a total construction area of about 470,000 square meters, consisting of 10 high-rise residential buildings and a super high-rise hotel and office building. The project is divided into two phases: the first phase consists of 10 high-rise buildings, of which 1# to 9# is a high-rise residential building of 28F~ 33F, and 10# is a 30F business apartment building, the apartment building has been completed and delivered in 2017, and the podium commercial has been invested and operated. The second phase is a super high-rise building, including a hotel, office building and 80,000 square meters of commercial center, the original planned roof height of 175.2 meters / 38F, decoration height of 185.6 meters, the height has been determined as the roof height of 175.1 meters / 38F,. The "Strategy City Plaza" project with the nature of an urban landmark will be on the rise in Star City.

Among them, the shopping mall has signed a contract with Tianhong Mall in 2018 to introduce the catering and gastronomic theme block "Yes! A series of Tianhong characteristic theme blocks, such as "Street", "Run like" and "Children's Theme Block", combined with Tianhong's digital smart retail services, bring customers a unique new consumption experience and make the urban life of local residents more beautiful. As the first subway-covered urban complex in Xingsha, the project shoulders the mission of "building a center for the city", establishes a new benchmark for Xingsha city, and creates a new business card for the city.
What's new
On August 24, 2021, the Changsha County Natural Resources Bureau issued the "Announcement before the Approval of the Adjustment of the Change of Strategy City Square 11# and Basement", and the project construction unit applied for adjustment of the original approval of Strategy City Square 11# building and basement change single body construction plan, and the adjustment content was announced as follows:
1. The position of the original atrium railing of the 5~6 axis of the 5~6 axis of the hanging floor plan of the 5~6 axis of the E~F axis is modified, and the position of the original atrium railing of the 5~6 axis of the hoisting floor plan of the first floor is modified;
2. Hang the first floor plan 2 axis to the Q ~ S axis of the original empty floor slab, hang the first floor plan 1/3 ~ 4 axis to C ~ 1 / D axis of the original empty floor slab, the second floor plan 1/3 ~ 4 axis to C ~ F axis of the original empty floor slab, the second floor plan 2 axis to the V axis of the original floor slab;
3. The six-story floor plan (commercial roof) 6-axis cross S-axis original smoke exhaust machine room is expanded, and the exhaust fume well is increased and the smoke exhaust well is modified;
4. Increase the pipeline well, equipment room, shop division modification, modify the cloud line of the detailed negative three-story to five-story floor plan, add the 12-axis G-axis machine room mezzanine, modify the detailed six-story floor plan (commercial roof) cloud line, increase the height of the office roof elevator machine room, modify the detailed office roof plan, the office roof machine room plan;
5. V~C axis elevation, T-1~19 axis elevation, southwest corner gate shape modification, advertising space modeling modification, modification of detailed cloud line, 19~T-1 axis elevation diagram, advertising space modeling modification, modification of detailed cloud line, office roof elevator machine room heightening, modification of detailed cloud line;
6. After the change, the construction area will increase by 317 square meters, and the capacity area will be reduced by 38 square meters;
