Recently, Shan Chong, secretary of the party branch of the 2019 master's degree student of the Department of Philosophy of Peking University, not only deeply read and studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's "On the History of the Communist Party of China", but also studied party history courses in the training class for party branch secretaries of students in the school, and watched the REVOLUTIONARY HISTORY TV series "The Age of Awakening".

All roads lead to Rome. Looking at the profound words in the book and the sonorous shouts in the film, I realized more and more profoundly that in the past hundred years, the road that the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese nation from standing up to getting rich to becoming strong and then becoming strong step by step is by no means easy and easy, beating gongs and drums, but has been paved with the sweat, blood and even lives of countless revolutionary ancestors. This road is full of great achievements of incomparable splendor, but they are the glory of suffering and the achievements of ups and downs. Shan Chong said.

After listening to professor Zhou Liangshu's keynote lecture on the theme of "Telling the Historical Story of the Communist Party of China Well", Jiang Zhuojun, secretary of the Party Branch of the 2019 Remote Sensing Master's Degree in The School of Earth and Space Sciences, felt that he had grown and improved. "Everyone can tell big events, but it is difficult to pay attention to and analyze the small details of history, but it is often an important entry point to understand history." Therefore, on the one hand, we must adhere to a correct view of history and scientific methodology to study party history well; on the other hand, we must combine major events with small details, resist all kinds of erroneous viewpoints and ideological tendencies, and better tell the historical story of the CPC. ”

According to the Office of the Leading Group for the Study and Education of Party History of Peking University, all faculties and departments of the university have carried out various forms and rich content of party history study activities based on the characteristics of disciplines and specialties. On March 20th, the School of International Relations held a special lecture on "Witnessing History, Thinking about the Future" on party history study and education, inviting Yuan Ming, dean of The Yenching Academy of Peking University, to deeply interpret the centennial journey of the Communist Party of China from the perspective of international politics, guide students to establish a big historical view, analyze the evolution mechanism and explore the laws of history from the long river of history, the tide of the times, and the global situation. From March 19 to March 21, the School of Foreign Chinese carried out the multilingual learning activity of "Xi Jinping on Governing the Country" in different majors and at different times, organized teachers and students to interpret key topics in French, Japanese, Russian and other languages, and discussed and exchanged topics such as the "Belt and Road" and "Two Hundred Years". The Party Branch of the 2019 Master's Degree Students of the Marxist Academy held a special study meeting on the Party Constitution, starting from the five basic requirements that party building must resolutely realize, and discussed how to correctly carry out criticism and self-criticism in political life, how to carry out ideological struggle on issues of principle, adhere to the truth, and correct errors.

"A century-old party, full of style, a party history, a song of Chinese chapters." The more in-depth the study and education of party history, the deeper the feelings of Li Changjin, secretary of the party branch of the 2020 doctoral student of the School of Software and Microelectronics of Peking University, said: "The Communist Party of China came from the rain of bullets and bullets, opened the way in every mountain, built bridges in the face of water, and pressed the button of a great turning point for a poor and weak China." The course of my life coincides with the journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, resonates with the same frequency, and there is only struggle. ”
