This time, I hid in my mother's arms with my hands on the fire and began to eat heavily, and after a while I finally finished eating.
Just that time, I remembered the donkey meat fire in my hometown in Shandong. Later, my mother took us to eat donkey meat at the market and taste a bowl of delicious donkey meat soup.
Now, my father often says that it is a good craft handed down by our Shandong people, which can be called "a must in the world", and donkey meat is a delicacy in the world!
"The dragon meat in the sky, the donkey meat on the ground", the taste, is simply "beautiful".
In ancient times, there was actually no donkey meat in the "six animals", but Shandong people have a long history of eating donkey meat. Shandong people are hospitable, but also very respectful of the elderly, my father said that at that time, every year on the day of respect for the elderly, as long as there is money in hand, they will buy donkey meat rolls, donkey meat cakes, donkey meat fires to the elderly at home to eat, and now it is also this tradition, because this is a delicacy in the world, but also means the health and longevity of the elderly.
民间流传“想长寿吃驴肉”，“吃了驴肝肺，能活一百岁”的说法，《本草纲目》也记载驴肉“补血益气”，对一些老病导致的气血虚损很有补益，经常喝驴肉汤还可逐渐调养心神不宁，对人体健康颇有好处。
