Step 1
A piece of lean meat. Wash well. Try to put the surface of the water, with oil absorbent paper, to suck it off. Then poke the hole with a toothpick for easy salting.
Step 2
Pour in two spoonfuls of char siu sauce and one spoonful of light soy sauce. Ginger slices or minced ginger marinate into the flavor, cover with plastic wrap, if possible. Can be refrigerated in the refrigerator for one night. In case of hurry, pickle for a morning, or an afternoon.
Step 3
With this, Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce.
Step 4
After marinating, put it in the rice cooker, press the cook button, (like sweet, you can add a little honey) pour in a spoonful of dark soy sauce. A bowl of water, stir well. Pour together into the pot.
Step 5
Once cooked, let cool, cut into chunks and sprinkle with the cooked sauce in a rice cooker.
Step 6
Sprinkle with a little green onion and garnish with white sesame seeds. Ready to plate.
